About FRIDAY
FRIDAY is the indie project of childhood friends Koen and Quinten. Their songs are born from friendship, the desire for freedom, and the urge to escape the ordinary. 

Under the wing of major labels, they achieved success, with two TopSongs on NPO Radio 2, more than 15 million Spotify streams, and sold-out shows. Yet, the downside was that they lost sight of spontaneity and honesty. Their third album is the answer to this: darker, rougher, and less polished. 

Songs about escape and disillusionment, but also about the search for meaning in a world that feels both limitless and suffocating. FRIDAY retains the anthems and energy from the beginning, but adds rougher edges and deeper layers. Music for the in-between moments, for late nights, restless mornings, and moments when freedom feels essential.
