From 4 to 10 November 2024, it is once again the Week of the Informal Caregiver in Breda! 

BredaMantelzorg is organising a whole week full of fun, free activities especially for you as an informal caregiver. This year, everything focuses on My Positive Health. This is not only about being healthy but especially about feeling good, having plenty of energy, and drawing strength from the things that are important to you!
 
During this week, you can participate in various activities that help you relax, gain new energy, and take good care of yourself.

You as an informal caregiver do so much for others, but your own health and happiness matter just as much! During Mantelzorg Week, various activities will be organised to help informal carers relax, re-energise and take good care of themselves. These include fun walks, creative writing workshops, a pub quiz, a visit to FunZone for young carers. Also, the opening of the exhibition ‘Hear me, see me’ with artworks created by young carers. After an art walk, children and young people will create a joint work of art under the guidance of real artists.&nbsp;So join in and discover what enhances your positive health. This week is all about you!

The activities will take place at various locations.
