Finished with the Year 2025 at Chassé Theater

Are you done with cheese fondue, the Christmas tree, your in-laws – or maybe with school, now you've finally graduated? Done being single, or perhaps with married life? Whatever it is: by 2025, we are all ready.

After the success of last year, Ready for the Year returns with a fresh, daring wrap-up of 2025. Only to be seen at the Chassé Theatre in Breda. Forget the traditional New Year's Eve cabaret: this is not a dry recitation of political gibberish, but an energetic mix of cabaret, dance, and theatre. A ritual full of humour, release, and absurdity – to leave the year behind us together.

On stage will be, among others, Pieter Verelst, Sid van Oerle, the collective Un, Dos, Stress (Marco Lopes, Thijs van de Meeberg, and Remy Evers), De Gestampte Meisjes, Emily Salvia, and the breakdance collective 155.

Bring something you’re ready to let go of
You can contribute too. Bring something from 2025 you want to say goodbye to: an empty bottle (done with alcohol?), a pile of unread self-help books (done improving yourself?) or something positive, like a medical certificate stating you’re healed. The most beautiful, craziest, or most touching object will win the one and only Golden Olive Roll.

Want to come just to watch and laugh? Absolutely fine. But who knows, you might steal the show at the end of the year.
