Learn to ferment vegetables!During the workshop, you will get acquainted with 2 different fermentation techniques, receive explanations about safety, and understand why this is such a good idea to do. Afterwards, you will make your own sauerkraut to take home. Breda food has prepared examples in advance so you can taste different items. After the workshop, you will go home with your own jar of homemade sauerkraut, recipes, and instructions.
