‘Bored to Death’
In this exhibition, visual artist Yawns bids farewell to overthinking and says goodbye to compromises. By playing and experimenting with acrylic paint, oil pastels, and spray paint, he created seven works. He let go of the wheel — not focused on the destination, but enjoying the journey. Boredom fuels creativity.
About Yawns
Ivo Janss (1987) is an artist and illustrator, living and working in the coastal city of The Hague. His work is bold, strange, and colorful. He doesn't take himself too seriously. He also has a dog named Henk.
