Exhibition: Tussen twee blikken

This exhibition stems from the desire of two artists to create connections through their sculptures. Yolande Rommers and Ingrid Peels showcase existing and new work, now in dialogue with each other. 

Yolande paints portraits in which physical resemblance is secondary to depicting universal emotions and feelings. As a result, her portraits are able to touch and evoke recognition. 
The combination with Ingrid's photography, where the story emerges in stillness, offers an extra dimension that invites the visitor to complete the story.
