Inspired by his Dutch rap heroes, Engel, together with guitarist Jesper Huisman, takes you through the powers of his soul where the beats and rhymes are infused with melancholy and nostalgia.
 
Engel has released more than ten albums and stands out in the Dutch music scene with his own sound, themes, and unique collaborations. Over the past two decades, he has worked with artists such as:<ul><li>Paul de Munnik</li><li>Def P </li><li>Diggy Dex</li></ul>On his album ‘Veertig’, he candidly reflects on the steps he has taken, missed opportunities, and what his place is in the current hip-hop scene. Beats, cuts, and raps are the main ingredients that are also served live on stage. With rapper Just and turntablist DJ Native, Engel puts on a show that exudes a love for hip-hop.

Engel is now busy working on his new album ‘Liedjes in Mineur’, with which he will be touring through the Netherlands.
