Duckrace Breda: Thousands of rubber ducks in the harbour

On Sunday 16th August 2026, thousands of rubber ducks will colour the Bredase harbour during the Duckrace Breda 2026!

This cheerful event, organised by Round Table 21 Breda during the Harbour Festival, guarantees an afternoon full of fun for young and old alike. Adopt one or more rubber ducks from as little as €5, cheer on your duck from the quay, and stand a chance to win fantastic prizes, including tickets to Disneyland Paris, a Big Green Egg, and a Nintendo Switch 2. 

But the Duckrace is about more than just winning. With every adopted duck, you support two local charities that work for children and families in Breda: Stichting Leergeld Breda and Stichting Petje Af Breda.
