Cabaret performance at Het Gele Huis

On Friday, 19 December 2025, three young cabaretiers will take to the stage, all graduated from the Koningstheateracademie in Den Bosch: Aren Scholte, Floris Molenaar and Willemijn de Boer.

• Aren Scholte (graduated in 2021) seeks stability with humour and hope in a chaotic and sometimes seemingly meaningless world. Idealistic expectations from his upbringing often clash with his own desire for happiness.
• Floris Molenaar (graduated in 2023) tries to grasp big life questions through personal anecdotes and absurd comparisons.
• Willemijn de Boer (graduated in 2023) focuses on topics people usually prefer to look away from, yet manages to make them laugh. With stories, songs and sharp jokes, she leads the audience onto the barricades.

This performance is the final edition of the year within the Nieuwe Oogst programme, which provides a platform for emerging small artists. Het Gele Huis contributes to this and has previously presented cabaretiers who later won awards at various festivals.
