There is a man. 
There is a door. 
There is hope. 

The man waits. And waits. 
Together we wait. 
He does his best to play away the emptiness, 
but it’s becoming increasingly clear how this will all end… 
 
In KINTSUGI, barely any words are spoken – and that’s not necessary. Images take the lead, humour breaks the tension, and comfort is found in every scene. 
A performance that touches without crushing. Grief food that doesn’t stay on the stomach but gently digests. &nbsp;Accessible, moving, and suitable for everyone. 

About Compagnie Krak 
Compagnie Krak, originally Circus Krak, was founded in 2008 to present performances for street children in Southeast Asia and South America. After their first production ‘Charlieston’, tours followed in Belgium and new creations such as ‘Kus!’. Dietert Missiaen created successful solo performances like ‘VIVA RAPHAEL’ and ‘KONTROL’, with dramaturge Els Degryse behind the scenes. Since 2020, the company has focused on social engagement, resulting in projects like ‘NIETS’ and ‘BANK-CONTACT INVASION’. Their latest performance ‘KINTSUGI’ addresses grief and mental wellbeing in an accessible way. 
On 22 June, we will witness a ‘work in progress’. KINTSUGI premieres in September. You will be welcomed on the day from 13:00 in the condolence room De Oase. This room is easily accessible from the main parking lot at Tuinzigtlaan. Directions will be clearly indicated. At 14:00, you will walk together to ADORE, where the programme begins.
