The speaker shares her personal experiences from her journey through South America with her own project 'Eco Bus America'. For four years, she visited schools and companies in her camper van to raise awareness on this issue through lectures and workshops. After this interactive presentation, the speaker provides a musical interlude with her small guitar, allowing participants to absorb the information.

Following this, she discusses practical solutions that participants can easily apply in their daily lives to reduce plastic use. The session concludes with a workshop where participants make their own shopping bag from an old T-shirt. They can then use this homemade bag right away to shop plastic-free at the Zero Waste Food Coop van. In this way, participants leave not only inspired but also with a practical solution in hand.
