4th May (Alternative Commemoration of the Dead) 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM 

Come and share a bowl of soup and discuss what is on your mind at that moment. The Open Monday coincides with Remembrance Day on 4th May. Together, you remember those who are (too) often forgotten during the national Remembrance Day. Think of victims of colonialism, LGBTQ+ victims, Roma and Sinti, and the many victims of war and genocide today. 

5th May (Liberation Day) 4:30 PM – 9:00 PM

Join the Critical Freedom Walk with Breda and Tilburg for Peace! Together, you walk through Breda and reflect, literally and figuratively, on what freedom and peace mean. How free are we actually right now, and what does the slogan ‘never again’ mean in this time of pervasive fascism? 

Gather at Clublokaal at 4:30 PM 

Start walking at 5:00 PM 

Freedom Soup from 7:00 PM Everyone who cannot be present at the walk for any reason can join the Freedom Soup from 7:00 PM!
