In this fine dining restaurant of Scholengemeenschap de Rooi Pannen, you can enjoy an extensive dining experience with a delightful 3-course menu. If you prefer to order just a main course or a 2-course menu, that is no problem at all.

For lunch, you have the choice of four dishes, and for dinner, six dishes. Fine dining – Nicolas Appèrt stands for quality, craftsmanship, and the use of fresh local and seasonal ingredients. As a guest, you will be informed about the current menu by the students at your table. They are also happy to advise you on suitable wines or beers to accompany your dishes.

Opening hours:

Lunch served between 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM (your table is reserved until 2:30 PM)

Dinner served between 5:30 PM and 7:00 PM (your table is reserved until 9:30 PM)

De Rooi Pannen is an educational institution, and since spring 2019, the Breda sections of Hospitality and Tourism & Events have been located in the former Seelig barracks. The Seelig barracks, with its national monuments, has been transformed into a contemporary educational location with two restaurants, a brasserie, and a teaching hotel.
