BOMEN (Nieuwe Veste)

BOMEN is a convivial hospitality spot right in the middle of the Nieuwe Veste. It is a true meeting place for everyone. There's always a buzz of people visiting the library, attending exhibitions or performances, or just dropping in because it's such a nice place. 

The dishes on the lunch menu change regularly and are made with products from sustainable and local suppliers. 

On nice days, you can find a lovely spot in the inner garden. It immediately makes clear where the name BOMEN comes from. In this garden, you will find mulberry trees planted at the end of the 18th century in the garden of what was then Huis Ocrum. Living monuments, indeed.
