Belcrum Beach

Belcrum Beach is a hotspot in the Breda Harbour Quarter with a city beach, a beach pavilion and furniture made from recycled materials, performances by local bands and DJs, activities for children and much more.

Belcrum Beach is the city beach of Breda, located on the Hafen island in the Belcrum district. It is open from mid-April to mid-October.
Then you can enjoy:

  • relaxing in the sun
  • letting the children play in the sand or participate in children's activities (Wednesday afternoon)
  • chatting nicely with friends over a drink and a snack
  • dancing to the music of bands and DJs (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
  • renting a boat to sail over the canals or the Meuse

Belcrum Beach is public and free to access. For parties or business meetings, check the Belcrum Beach website.

Breda has many hidden gems where you can truly feel like you're escaping. Away from the city, but still within it if you know what I mean. Belcrum Beach gives me that feeling. Relaxing with your feet in the sand while listening to live music. Everyone is always so laid-back here, enjoying themselves. The atmosphere is hard to describe; you really need to experience it for yourself!
