The Antwerp rapper broke through with his debut ‘Marcel & The Magnetism Of The Goot’, a record that grew into a modern Belgian hip-hop classic. With heartfelt lyrics, captivating live performances and tracks like ‘Als Ge Slaapt’, ‘Cirkels’, ‘Waanzin’ and ‘Luchtkasteel’, he quickly conquered clubs and festivals across the Low Countries. After sold-out shows and appearances at festivals such as Rock Werchter, Pukkelpop and the Lokerse Feesten, Yong Yello returns with a new chapter. On ‘Bennie & The Banaliteit Of Our Existence’, he dives even deeper into themes like addiction, pressure to perform, love and identity.

The result is a raw, personal and cinematic concept album in which hip-hop, soul, funk, and influences from French soundtracks come together.
