Wrest at Mezz

Wrest hails from Edinburgh and is often compared to bands like The National and Frightened Rabbit, although they have a clearly distinct sound. The group quickly grew from a local name to a band capable of filling large venues, such as the Glasgow Barrowlands.

With the album Everything’s Nothing Forever Again, the band once again showcases their combination of emotional lyrics and atmospheric indie arrangements. After previous European tours, the band is now in Breda with a set that switches between subdued tracks and larger, more energetic songs.
