This is quite a change for someone who once competed with her father at the dinner table to make the biggest meatball. In this masterclass, Lieke eagerly shares her knowledge and skills about vegetarian cooking and indulgence with you.

 

American Luara grew up in and with nature. Luara has now lived in Breda for six years, where she restarted a zero-waste shop and conducts cooking and holistic lifestyle workshops. Luara is committed to circularity and sustainable nutrition. In this masterclass, Luara is excited to share her knowledge of foraging and delicious healthy minimal waste cooking.
