Many people also experience issues such as stiffness, pain, and depression. Exercise can help alleviate these symptoms. Taoist Tai Chi™ offers a gentle form of movement that can contribute to improved balance, flexibility, and relaxation. Many participants also experience increased energy and a better mood.Everyone is welcome, and no experience is necessary.
