About Theatre of Hate
Theatre Of Hate was founded in 1980 by singer Kirk Brandon. They immediately stood out with their unique sound, which became even more distinctive thanks to the saxophone parts of John 'Boy' Lennard. Their debut album 'Westworld' (1982) was produced by Mick Jones (guitarist of The Clash) and stayed at #1 in the independent charts for no less than 21 weeks. The track 'Do You Believe In The Westworld?' grew into a true classic that you still hear in clubs and on the radio. 

Although the band split up in 1982, the musicians reunited later for special performances in Great Britain, America, and Europe. The stable line-up consists of Kirk Brandon, Stan Stammers, Chris Bell, and Clive Osborne. During their live shows, you hear both brand new songs and the well-known hits from their past. 

Skids
Skids formed in 1977 in Scotland. They quickly caught the attention of the renowned English radio DJ John Peel. They supported The Clash on tour and signed a record deal with Virgin Records. With major hits such as 'Sweet Suburbia', 'The Saints are Coming', and 'Into the Valley', they immediately showed what they’re made of. Their debut album 'Scared to Dance' (1979) was an instant success. After several more albums and singles, the band disbanded, but they are now back in full force! 

The current line-up features vocalist Richard Jobson, guitarist Peter Byrchmore, drummer Nick Hernandaz, and guitarist Connor Whyte. Together, they bring the energy of their early days back to the stage.
