The Green Submarine surfaces ... STILLEVEN EXPO at SUDS

In the month of May, The Green Submarine presents a special exhibition at SUDS/ entitled 'Still Life'. This expo focuses on the art of Kokedama, a Japanese technique where plants are wrapped in a ball of moss, resulting in a living work of art.

Kokedama, literally translated as "moss ball," symbolises the harmony between nature and art, where the simplicity of the natural materials forms the subject of beauty. By carefully and precisely creating these unique moss balls, Kokedama reminds us of the transience of life and the beauty of the moment.

The exhibition offers a visual experience of calm and balance, where it is not only about the end product but also about the making process. The exhibition has been designed by The Green Submarine with the help of Lars de Nijs (photographer) and can be viewed for free throughout the entire month of May during the opening hours of SUDS/ in Breda.
