With a few basic ingredients and knowledge, you will never go hungry!&nbsp; Sourdough bread is not only cozy and delicious but also very good for you. The naturally occurring yeast cultures improve the digestibility of the bread and provide that delightful sour taste. By developing this skill, you become less dependent on commercial food systems, know exactly what goes into your food, and eliminate a lot of packaging from your life.
