Snakefest 2026: live music & nature charity festival

The fourth edition of Snakefest is just around the corner! A unique rock and metal festival where music and reptile and amphibian conservation come together.

This year, Stichting Herpetofauna and Poppodium Phoenix are raising money for two good causes:
Kakare Women Group (Uganda): a non-profit organisation run entirely by women that trains women in snakebite awareness, prevention, first aid, and the safe capture and relocation of snakes.
SHE-India: with more than 600 training sessions, educational materials in 14 regional languages, and a dedicated snakebite support app, SHE-India is working to combat fatal snakebites.

What can you expect?
Live music: Necrology, Left Behind, Dance With Dragons, Tarnished and Knokploeg.
Reptile expo: come face to face with fascinating reptiles.
Snakefest Market: discover reptile merchandise, with all proceeds going to Stichting Herpetofauna.
Tattoo artist: get an exclusive flash tattoo and support reptile conservation.
Delicious food: enjoy a bite to eat.

A special combination of heavy music and attention for nature and animals. With your ticket, you directly support these good causes!
