Silent Book Club at Nieuwe Veste

Imagine: every Tuesday evening surrounded by others who love reading as much as you do. But this is different from a regular book club – it’s a silent reading session. No loud discussions, analyses or homework. Just you, your book, and the quiet company of others who are reading too. 

Whether you enjoy daydreaming over romantic stories, get swept away by exciting thrillers, shudder at horror, find zen in fantasy or enjoy heavy literature, you are very welcome at the Silent Book Club.

• Reading in company, at a public venue
• Availability of coffee and tea
• An hour offline

Program
19:00 - 19:30: arrival, joint start (guided by host)
19:30 - 20:30: reading
20:30 - 21:00: wrapping up, chatting afterwards, possibly reading further

Achieve your reading goal(s) or simply come for an hour of relaxation.
You are not obliged to be sociable if you prefer not to be.
