School Safety Event

During this event, you will be introduced to the new Breda School Safety Map. You can also take part in workshops on school safety topics. During these interactive sessions, you will receive practical tips, in-depth knowledge and inspiring examples that you can apply directly in your own practice. You will leave with new insights and useful tools to further strengthen safety in and around your school.

The School Safety Map helps schools create a safe learning environment. Schools indicated that they needed a practical tool for situations relating to school safety. This is why the map was developed. It provides tips and tools to recognise signs, assess situations more effectively and take appropriate steps. It also helps schools work with the right partners when necessary. The map was developed together with schools and partner organisations, and is tailored to practice in Breda.
