Qui Vive is a Dutch project choir and orchestra that has been going to France during the summer holiday since 1998, to engage in classical music for a week while also enjoying a relaxing holiday at a campsite. In September, concerts are held for the home audience. Qui Vive consists of about 50 musicians - amateurs and (semi-)professionals - primarily from the regions of Breda and Delft. The ensemble is conducted by Ad van Unen. 
The bond that has developed over the years and the shared love for music translates into the quality of the performance. 
The repertoire of Qui Vive varies from baroque to contemporary compositions. This year's programme is titled "Triptyque" (triptych). This title illustrates the character of the concert: there is a central section with music by composers from modern times for a capella choir (Milhaud, Shaw), strings (Bruch), and winds (Ravel). 
This central panel is flanked by works from the baroque period for choir, orchestra, and soloists: the concert begins with the Litaniae de Sancto Josepho by H.I. Biber and concludes with the Te Deum "Utrecht" by G.F. Handel.
