Preliminary Round Hiphop Grote Prijs Breda @ Phoenix
On Friday 23 October, the preliminary round of the ‘Hip-hop’ category for the Grote Prijs Breda will take place at Poppodium Phoenix! Various acts will compete for a place in the coveted final on Sunday 15 November at MEZZ.

Breda is full of talent, so it’s time to present an award. This talent deserves recognition, which is why forces are being joined with POB Breda, Poppodium Phoenix, Bricks Hiphop, Pier15, Sound Dog and Breda Barst to give Breda’s talent the platform it deserves.
During the preliminary round of the ‘Hiphop’ category, the finalists will be selected by the professional jury. The finalists will compete in the final on Sunday 15 November at MEZZ for the title of ‘Grote Prijs Breda 2026’.
The prize package consists of various performances in Breda, a €1,000 cash prize, a fantastic award, two free rehearsals at Phoenix, two free rehearsals at Sound Dog and professional guidance for six months.
