Open Day: Taoist Tai Chi
Anyone looking to take a step towards greater health, wellbeing and balance after the summer is warmly invited to the open house at Fung Loy Kok Taoist Tai Chi Nederland on Monday 21 September.

Visitors can discover Taoist Tai Chi™ arts, try out some movements from the sequence of 108, and experience what this practice can offer. Taoist Tai Chi™ arts are rooted in a spiritual tradition of self-cultivation and compassion. For more than 50 years, volunteer instructors have shared this practice around the world. The gentle, mindful movements help make the body stronger and more flexible, and bring calm to the mind and heart. Everyone is welcome; no experience is necessary.
