Taoist Tai Chi™ arts are rooted in a spiritual tradition of self-development and compassion. For over 50 years, volunteer instructors have shared this practice worldwide. The gentle, mindful movements help make the body stronger and more flexible, and bring peace to the mind and heart. Everyone is welcome; no experience is needed.
