monica Coronado & Manito - Spanish Christmas concert in Waalse church

On Saturday evening 13 December, a Spanish Christmas concert (Concierto Navideño) will take place at the Waalse Kerk in Breda. Singer Monica Coronado and guitarist Manito will present a programme with Spanish Christmas carols (villancicos) and other music suitable for this time of year.

Monica Coronado is known for her clear voice and her ability to move the audience. The explanations during the concert will be given in Dutch. The expressive guitar playing of Manito is an important source of inspiration. He derives his stage name from the guitar legend Manitas de Plata (1921-2014), ancestor of the Gipsy Kings.

The concert promises to be a festive evening where singing and guitar come together in an intense Spanish music experience.
