Microbiome Restaurant - Koepeldistrict - TURF Live

During TURF, Polymorf presents an immersive experience in the Koepeldistrict that introduces you to the microorganisms in your body in a surprising way. The installation consists of two parts.

Microbiome Restaurant

Your body is teeming with bacteria, fungi, viruses and other microorganisms that influence how you feel and function. At the Microbiome Restaurant, you discover this invisible world through extraordinary sensory experiences and gastronomic experiments focused on your skin, intestines and brain.

Haute Cuisine for the Rectum

A surreal gastronomic experience for three people. Through a unique, scientifically substantiated menu, you discover how the microorganisms in your body affect you. Outside the performances, an installation version can be visited.
