Lievense Live: Metallica & Guns 'n Roses Tribute

The final weekend of Rocktober is dedicated to two legendary rock bands: Guns N’ Roses and Metallica. Just like during their joint tour in 1992, these two musical worlds come together for an evening packed with heavy riffs, recognisable classics and plenty of energy.

Sons of Roses – Guns N’ Roses tribute

Sons of Roses brings the raw, unpolished energy of early Guns N’ Roses back to the stage. Inspired by the legendary 1988 performance at The Ritz, the band takes you back to the Sunset Strip of the 1980s. Expect pure rock ’n’ roll, searing guitars and the unmistakable sound of Guns N’ Roses in their early years.

Metallicx – Metallica tribute

Next up is Metallicx, a tribute band that brings the power and intensity of Metallica’s golden live years between 1986 and 1992 back to life. Featuring music from iconic albums such as Master of Puppets, ...And Justice for All and The Black Album, an energetic live show awaits.

Metallicx doesn’t just play the well-known hits, but also delves deeper into Metallica’s repertoire. From old-school thrash and crowd favourites to surprising tracks that the original band now rarely plays live. The ever-changing setlist makes every show different, offering both enthusiasts and seasoned fans plenty of familiar moments and surprises.

With a passion for the music, a powerful sound and plenty of stage energy, Metallicx pays tribute to one of the greatest metal bands of all time.
