Stefanoff arrived in 1946 with the 1st Polish Armoured Division in Breda. He created powerful images of brave Polish citizens and soldiers during WWII. His main works, which are displayed at the Maczek Memorial Breda, will be provided with background information this evening by Frans Wauters, whose grandparents offered shelter to Stefanoff shortly after the war.
