NOTE: This show takes place in the upper hall, the Sociëteit, and is only accessible by stairs and/or a stairlift. You will be taken on a musical journey through time, starting in the 50s and 60s with classics like “Naar de speeltuin,” “Bij ons in de Jordaan,” and “M’n opa.” Then you’ll dive into the even more famous hits from the 70s and 80s. Raise your voice with songs like “Huilen is voor jou te laat” and “Even aan m’n moeder vragen,” or shed a tear for “Manuela.” From André Hazes to Frans Bauer, and from Ruth Jacott to Nielson and even the Songfestival, it’s all part of this varied evening. The experienced artists, with over 25 years of experience in showbiz and performances on all major stages in the Netherlands and beyond, will ensure an evening full of humour and entertainment. The motto of the evening? “Nothing is mandatory, everything is allowed!” So join friends, family, or colleagues for a unique and enjoyable night out, where you can sing along comfortably in your mother tongue.
