Dutch Game Week Conference 2026 in Breda
Information
How is a game actually made? And who are the people behind the characters, worlds and stories you discover while playing? During the Dutch Game Week Conference, part of Dutch Game Week 2026, you’ll get a unique behind-the-scenes look at the world of games.
On 19 and 20 November, international game developers, artists and creative makers will come together at the Chassé Theater in Breda. During inspiring talks, panel discussions and interactive sessions, they’ll talk about their work, creative ideas and the techniques they use to bring games to life.
The programme includes Joseph Cross, character designer Nicholas Kole and IO Interactive, the studio behind 007 First Light. You’ll also discover the story behind Moonlight Peaks by Dutch studio Little Chicken and get to know the creative worlds of Playables and Blast Zero.
Alongside the presentations, you can try out a range of games yourself through playable demos. Discover new titles, see the work of international creators and be surprised by the creativity behind the games.
Whether you enjoy playing games yourself, are interested in animation and digital art, or are simply curious about how games are developed, the Dutch Game Week Conference offers plenty of inspiration for anyone who wants to discover more about the world behind games.
