BredaPhoto Festival 2026

BredaPhoto Festival returns to Breda from 11 September 2026. Spread throughout the city, you’ll discover photography, video art and striking installations in surprising locations. From parks and the old police station to a former women’s prison.

This twelfth edition, Our Songs Came Through, explores comfort and resilience. What helps you get back on your feet after a difficult period? And where can you find hope? The artists show how strength can be found in art, rituals, nature and the people around you.

Discover work by more than forty photographers and artists, from established names to emerging talent. Many works are being shown in the Netherlands for the first time or were created especially for BredaPhoto.
