Black Stone Cherry in MEZZ

Black Stone Cherry brings their Celebrate Tour to Breda in 2026 and will perform at the MEZZ.

Information

Black Stone Cherry has been setting the tone in southern rock for over twenty years. The band from Kentucky, known for hits such as Blame It on the Boom Boom, White Trash Millionaire and Stay, combines solid riffs with irresistible choruses.

In 2026, the quartet – Chris Robertson, Ben Wells, John Fred Young and since 2023 Steve Jewell Jr. – will come to Breda with The Celebrate Tour. After the powerful album Screamin’ At The Sky (2023), a special Record Store Day release followed in 2025, and on 6 March 2026, the new EP Celebrate will be released. This includes singles such as Neon Eyes, Burnin’ Sky (with Bad Company), Celebrate and a surprising cover of Simple Minds’ classic Don’t You (Forget About Me), featuring guest vocals by Tyler Connolly (Theory Of A Deadman).

Over the years, Black Stone Cherry has played arenas worldwide and shared stages with giants such as Alter Bridge, Def Leppard, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Motörhead and Guns N’ Roses. Whether in front of thousands of fans or in an intimate venue: their shows are always full of energy and emotion, with rock songs that transform gloom into strength.

Support act: 10 Years

Growth never stops, and you can hear that with 10 Years. The alternative hard rock band from Knoxville, Tennessee, has been known for their powerful live shows for almost twenty years. With their ninth album, Violent Allies, the trio shows that experience and innovation can go hand in hand.

10 Years broke through worldwide in 2005 with the album “The Autumn Effect” and the hit “Wasteland”. Since then, the band has steadily built up an impressive repertoire and toured with Korn, Deftones, Linkin Park and Chris Cornell, among others. 10 Years guarantees a compelling show full of energy and emotion. Expect a set in which new songs blend seamlessly with audience favourites.
