Black Bottle Riot at Poppodium Phoenix
They’ve never had a radio hit. They’ve never gone viral. Everything this Nijmegen rock ’n’ roll band has ever conquered, they’ve conquered from a tour bus, venue by venue, for twenty years. And you can bet they’ll drink your beer first, while still playing the absolute snot out of you. Whether it’s 3 or 45,000 people: they couldn’t give a toss.
Information
Since 2006, Black Bottle Riot have played alongside the likes of ZZ Top, Pearl Jam and The Black Keys, building a reputation that no playlist could ever have given them. In 2025, the live double album ‘Deliverance’ was released. This was not a farewell, but an interim step. In 2027, their new full-length studio album ‘Under My Skin’ will follow: rock ’n’ roll, boogie, big guitars and plenty of harmonica. As someone once said: this is the band with the longest staying power and the biggest thirst. MEZZ on tour: Phoenix MEZZ presents concerts at venues in collaboration with Phoenix.
