Biddy Early + all dogs go to heaven + Turmeric at Poppodium Phoenix

Named after the eponymous Irish witch, the quartet brews an irresistible mix of recognisable situations wrapped in fuzzy guitars. 
The ingredients? Self-deprecation, a touch of folk, and a hefty dose of rattling indie noise. 

The seed for the band was planted when Hannah moved to Ireland for a few months, where she fell in love with the landscape, the culture, the folklore – and a little with a young Irishman who showed her the country from the passenger seat of his mother’s car. Upon her return, a band was formed comprising (ex-)members of The Spvrk, Windup Space, Bony Macaroni, and State Power, which bears a strong resemblance to a Breda indie supergroup. 
What started as personal songs grew into a close-knit live band, and since then, Biddy Early has been diligently stirring the pot. In 2025, the first single ‘Blasket Sound’ saw the light of day, the first shows in the UK and Germany are a reality, and the debut EP is scheduled for autumn.
