Arrested Development in MEZZ

Arrested Development has earned their legendary status more than deserved. The iconic group conquered the ’90s with classics like ‘Mr. Wendal,’ ‘People Everyday,’ and ‘Tennessee.’ Their debut album sold four million copies and they literally played on every continent. In September, they are coming to Breda! 

The group was formed at a time when gangsta rap was becoming increasingly popular but consciously chose a different sound. Arrested Development brought hip-hop with soul, funk, and influences from African music, combined with lyrics about spirituality, inequality, and social change.
