The shopping area in the city centre of Breda is car-free. In the pedestrian zone, motorised traffic is only allowed to load and unload at fixed times, known as time windows. The municipality monitors this with cameras. If you enter the pedestrian area with a motor vehicle outside of the specified times, you will automatically receive a fine. Forewarned is forearmed...Loading and unloading is allowed:<ul style="text-align: start;"><li>Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 7:00-11:00 and from 17:00-19:00</li><li>Thursday from 7:00-11:00</li></ul>Cycling in the pedestrian area is allowed before 11:00 and after 17:00.
