About TURF

TURF is more than a festival. It is a platform for makers, artists, entrepreneurs and creative thinkers who inspire each other and develop new ideas together. With electronic music, art & culture, and technology as three key pillars, TURF creates space for experimentation, innovation and collaboration.

During TURF, Breda becomes a meeting place for creativity and technology for three days. Across special locations throughout the city, you can discover a diverse programme featuring live performances, club nights, talks, workshops, exhibitions and innovative projects.

The programme consists of three parts:

• TURF Talks: inspiring conversations and meetings about technology, creativity, innovation and the future.

• TURF Live: surprising live performances and cultural programmes where music, art and technology come together.

• TURF by Night: a diverse night-time programme with electronic music, DJs and special club experiences.
  

Behind TURF is Stichting TURF, a non-profit organisation that works with makers from Breda, cultural organisations and businesses to create a city where creativity and technology strengthen each other. Its ambition is to put Breda on the international map as a creative and technological hotspot.

That is why TURF not only provides a platform for established names, but also creates space for new talent, innovative ideas and collaborations. In this way, the festival contributes to Breda’s creative development, including beyond the three festival days.
