Backer + Rueb hall/park - BredaPhoto Location
The old machine factory in Breda is the BredaPhoto location for the work of Iranian-Dutch artist Tina Farifteh. With ‘Tina in Sexbierum’, she shows her search for her place in the world. This new work offers visitors a 24-minute immersive experience with an impressive installation of video and light art! Her journey takes her to Friesland, the village of Sexbierum, and the Sedyk. It is a personal story that also reflects universal themes such as uprooting, the search for a home, and the love for the landscape and the elements.
Outside in the park of Backer + Rueb, you can enjoy the images of Ioana Cirlig, who captures fleeting moments and explores the relationship between people and nature in traditional Romanian communities.
Attention: entrance to this BredaPhoto-location is only possible with a ticket.
