The Spanjaardsgat Festival celebrates all genres of orchestral music for five days, performed by professional orchestras and enthusiastic amateurs. &nbsp; PROGRAMME:<ul><li>WEDNESDAY 11 JUNE 19.30 hours&nbsp; Royal Air Force Orchestra with Cantorias The Royal Air Force Orchestra opens the Spanjaardsgat Festival 2025. They will do so together with the four female singers of Cantorias. </li><li>THURSDAY 12 JUNE 19.30 hours Military Academy Orchestra with musical talents: Roman van der Werff, Tessa Bons and Eline Welle The Military Academy Orchestra (MAO) has been a regular participant at the Spanjaardsgat Orchestra Festival for ten years. The orchestra consists of nearly 100 musicians, both amateurs and professionals. </li><li>FRIDAY 13 JUNE 11.00 and 13.30 hours Primary School Performance: ‘Help! The cake is on fire’ in collaboration with the National Youth Fanfare Orchestra (NJFO) A musical children's performance for primary school children. </li><li>FRIDAY 13 JUNE 20.00 hours 50 years of Frits Bayens Bigband feat. Shirma Rouse The 50-year-old Frits Bayens Bigband pays tribute to Quincy Jones together with Shirma Rouse. &nbsp;</li><li>SATURDAY 14 JUNE 10.00 hours Nieuwe Veste and training orchestras from West Brabant Step-up and training orchestras from Breda and the region will perform. For many of the beginner wind players, percussionists and string players, this is their first time on a big stage. This concert is a collaboration with Nieuwe Veste and the FBVB (Federation for Breda Associations for Wind Music). &nbsp;</li><li>SATURDAY 14 JUNE 14.30 hours Band afternoon with young talent from Breda and the region: Driven, Copchase and the Oorzaak </li><li>SATURDAY 14 JUNE 19.30 hours Grand Coverband XXL: Pop, Soul, Funk &amp; Rock in a symphonic guise The second edition of the Grand Coverband XXL features: Prime Classic Rock, 100% Katoen, Wicked and Vocalicious with extra percussion, 6 wind players and 4 string players in the backline. </li><li>SUNDAY 15 JUNE 13.00 hours&nbsp; Stichting Spanjaardsgat X Salsa at the Harbour Enjoy dancing to live Salsa music during Salsa at the Harbour.</li></ul>
