Workshop - Constructively dealing with conflicts

Conflicts are part of life. In families, neighbourhoods, volunteer organisations, or associations, tensions sometimes arise, often unintentionally. This workshop is designed to demonstrate that conflicts do not have to be disasters, but can offer an opportunity to deepen relationships and find genuine solutions.

Information

Conflicts are a part of life. In families, neighbourhoods, volunteer organisations or associations, tensions sometimes arise, often unintentionally. This workshop has been developed to show that conflicts do not have to be a disaster, but can offer an opportunity to deepen relationships and find genuine solutions.

The training is based on insights from communication psychology and conflict management and is specially tailored for people with life experience. You will learn to better understand your own reactions, identify conflicts early and keep conversations constructive. Instead of escalation, you will consciously choose connection and understanding.

What this workshop offers you:
  • You remain calm in tense conversations.
  • You prevent disagreements from unnecessarily getting out of hand.
  • You strengthen your relationships, both at home and within the community.
  • You experience more self-confidence and control in social situations.

Together with the workshop 'Effective Negotiation in Daily Life' and 'Creative Thinking for Everyday Challenges', this workshop provides a complete learning pathway that connects personal power, social skills and creative thinking.

Where Constructive Conflict Management teaches you to understand and resolve tensions, Effective Negotiation provides you with practical techniques to make agreements that work for everyone. When conversations stall or new solutions are needed, Creative Thinking offers the skills to step outside conventional paths and discover surprising possibilities. By taking the workshops together, you not only develop individual skills, but also build a solid foundation to act calmly, thoughtfully and resourcefully in any situation. You will learn not only to respond better, but also to think and act proactively. Moreover, these skills reinforce each other: those who think creatively negotiate more flexibly; those who negotiate well prevent many conflicts; and those who approach conflicts constructively keep relationships healthy and sustainable.
The great advantage: you increase your independence, enjoyment in social interactions, and your ability to face new challenges with confidence. This way, you continue to actively contribute to your own life and that of your environment, regardless of age or circumstances.
