<p>You can join the 'canteen' of the writers of v.v. EIGENBELANG every week. Every Wednesday, their door is wide open for anyone who wants to write, doodle, brainstorm, or be inspired with words.</p><p>The Voordracht Vereniging EIGENBELANG is the literary platform of Breda set up by Liek van Egmond, Jesse Vos, and Joep Span. Together, they regularly organise open mics, workshops, and other events. To keep the writers’ skills sharp, the trio will start the Schrijverskantine in the Nieuwe Veste from the end of March: regular writing evenings to challenge you to pick up the pen (more often), meet each other, and brainstorm together. You can not only benefit from the wealth of writing experience that v.v. EIGENBELANG brings, but they also regularly invite established writers to come and share their knowledge and skills.</p>
