The Program At 09:00 the morning starts relaxed with yoga in the park. The largest yoga session in the Netherlands as part of the International Day of Yoga—you'll want to be there! Yoga instructor Marlies from You Are The Buddha, together with her musicians, will ensure a pleasant start to the day!&nbsp;From 12:00, all brakes are off with the biggest outdoor bouncy castle park in Breda. And yes: a special hour is scheduled when adults can temporarily be children again and hop on the bouncy castles themselves.&nbsp;At 14:00, the Seelig Games begin: an afternoon full of sporty and fun activities for children and youth. Athletic six-player games are part of this afternoon. Participation can be spontaneous, without registration.&nbsp;During the Summer Festival, the Zero Waste Festival is also taking place in Seeligpark. &nbsp;There is a fun puppet show for the little ones on the courtyard by the white houses.&nbsp;At 14:00 or 16:00, you can settle in for a lovely story. The entire day has a relaxed festival atmosphere with music from local bands and talented DJs. At the cozy food square, you can get delicious bites, cold drinks, and relax comfortably in the park.&nbsp;Whether you come with your family, friends, or are simply curious about everything Seeligpark has to offer: this is the perfect moment to truly discover the park.&nbsp;Especially for all residents of Breda, and naturally extra for everyone from the neighborhoods surrounding the park.&nbsp;From relaxing yoga to jumping, chilling, eating, music, and socializing; Seeligpark is now truly open to everyone.&nbsp;
