Driven by the fiery spirit of acts such as Gwen Stefani, Girl in Red, and Wolf Alice, Joan de Bruyn Kops leads the diet grunge-pop band HUNK. Here, she escapes the suffocating demands of her own thoughts. Without any form of pretense, HUNK confronts the superficial frustrations of life by mixing ’90s grunge with catchy synth-pop. They demonstrate that getting frustrated can actually be quite enjoyable… if you do it right.

The live sets of BUG are bursting with energy, with performers crawling over each other and a mosh pit in the room. With a unique sound somewhere between hip hop, punk, and ravey sounds, there’s no escaping at BUG: you have to dance. This is pure, raw energetic chaos.
