JÁÁNKE MEEJ DE KEIJZER 2026

On the last Saturday of August, the city centre transforms into one big musical celebration, with choirs at various locations and a large final stage on Keizerstraat near the MEZZ. Visitors sing along at full volume to well-known Dutch-language classics, smartlappen, and party tunes. The festival is the spiritual successor to the beloved Tranen van Van Cooth, but has been given a new name and a fresh organisation.
