The Aa or Weerijs, approximately 36km long, belongs to the Water Board of the Brabantse Delta, including Mark, Bijloop, Chaamse Beek, and Donge. It is responsible for the drainage of the surrounding sandy soils. Along the small river, you will find both grassland and arable land, and around Zundert, extensive tree cultivation takes place. Via Rijsbergen, you go to Zundert, where Vincent van Gogh was born and spent part of his childhood. The route back to the Mastbos largely crosses Belgian territory.

Cycle along the winding Aa or Weerijs, through agricultural landscape and Van Gogh's birthplace, with a surprising Belgian touch on the way back to the Mastbos.
